Why choose Captivated Photography?
I have been photographing families and babies for over 6 years, and whilst anyone can pick up a camera and snap a few pics, professional photography is something that requires a lot of skill and expertise. I have spent a lot of time over the last 6 plus years developing my skills as a photographer and artist to ensure that my clients have the highest quality photographs.
​The Australian Institute of Professional Photography is an organisation that provides accreditation to skilled professional photographers in Australia.

I am so happy to be an Accredited Professional Photographer with the AIPP and hope that this reassures my clients that when you book me, you’re booking a professional photographer.

When should I book in?

Bookings are always best made in advance, especially for Maternity and Newborn Bookings or if you know for example you would really love your family photographs taken in Spring or Autumn.  We usually book-out up to 4 months in advance. For Newborn and Maternity sessions it’s best to book soon after after your 12week scan.

What exactly does the session cost?
You will see my pricing is designed to allow the utmost flexibility with regards to products, every single family I photograph is unique and I don’t believe in one size fits all and for this reason when you book your session you only pay the $200 deposit. After your session we will spend time going through all our products and options with you so you can decide how you’d like to showcase your families heirlooms. Families typically invest anywhere between $900-$2,500 on their session.
How long will it be after my session to see the images?
Usually for Family sessions we have you back into the studio for your gallery reveal appointment within two weeks, however sometimes life happens and if you’re unable to make it to a gallery reveal appointment within two weeks we will work around you to find a suitable time as soon as we can. 
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we have flexible payment plan for orders over $1,000 that we can set up at your gallery reveal appointment with you. A 10% Deposit is due at your viewing session and the remainder can put put onto an interest free payment plan with PayRight –

Once we order how long till we receive our products?
If you’ve paid for your products upfront at your gallery reveal then your products will be ordered as soon as possible, you should allow 3-4 weeks from the date of full payment until you have your products. However in peak times (Easter, Christmas) due to suppliers taking holidays the turn around time can be up to 12 weeks from the date of order.
